Hi there

I would like to thank Pamela, Merlin and Bianca for the service that I received recently with regards to purchasing my spectacles. There were a few hiccups with the promotion however they handled my query effectively and speedily.
- Merlin continued to phone to follow up with me
- Pamela got back to me speedily when I had a question
- Bianca called as a follow up to see if everything is still ok and to confirm when I can collect my specs.
