18/04/13, went to have new glasses prescribed, old ones taken for reading. Requested old specs just get sun glass film, they replaced lenses which I also had to pay for. Problems experienced, went back only to discover that Shani who took reading of old specs, and optometrist who did eye test did not pick up that my old spec were multi-focals!! How is THAT possible? Been back three times already and to date my problem still not fixed!! and I am living with endless headaches due to wearing wrong spectacles!!! What must I do?
