I am waiting 3 weeks for the activation. I have messed around over the weeks by each and every call centre agent. They promise to call you back, but never do.
I REFUSE TO BE PART OF THIS CHARADE. I must warn people out there to not join Vitality because if my attemptsto activate Vitality fiasco is anything to go by, can you imagine the incompetencies to be expected AFTER joining them?
I am certain it is not worth the trouble at all. PLEASE CANCEL MY ACTIVATION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. you guys have failed in my eyes as an iconic brand. 3 weeks? 4 -5 phone calls later???
