My father recieved a statement yesterday from a doctor who claims that he was not paid by the scheme. He requested that I call Bonitas on his behalf for an explanation, as he was in hospital at the time. I called the call centre and I spoke to Phathuxolo Buhlungu. I must say this is customer service at its best, he listened and heard me. The doctors claim is incorrect. He did not rush the call and treated me like I was the only customer he had. Keep up the good work, it is highly appreciated.
