I visited the Clinic in July 2013. I paid the consultant (Dee) R1690.00 and was told that this also covered pain relief injections for whenever I needed it. I was told that my headaches are muscle stiffness related, due to bad posture. I was recommended to use a PMA devise on the pallet of my mouth to correct my posture. I paid a deposit of R1000.00 for the devise. Dr. E Shivel brought my PMA. After his consult, he confirmed the above. The devise was adjusted and fitted in my mouth. After a few days the headaches became worse, so I called Dee, she advised me to remove the devise. Appointment was given for further adjustment. She adjusted the devise so much so that it became skew and the metal was visible. Two days later my headache became severe and I needed pain relief. She asked for me to come over to the clinic, which I did. She gave me a few numbing injections but the pain did not subside, so I asked for pain relief injections. I was told that there is no stock of the injections. Danny called he apologized. He initially said that that he will leave no stones unturned to sort out my headaches at no extra cost, which he later changed. All I want is a refund of R2690.00.
