ON 25/04/2013 I SENT AN MAIL TO PROKARD INFO SAYING THAT I NEEDED TO CANCEL A RESERVATION. THE RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED BUT MY VOUCHER WAS NOT REINSTATED. ON 29/05 I QUERIED WITH ADELINE AND SHE ASKED ME TO SEND PROOF WHICH I DID. i HAVE SINCE SENT SUBSEQUENT MAILS TO ADELINE BUT HAVE TO DATE NOT RECIEVED ANT FEEDBACK. THIS IS APPALLING SERVICE.PRO KARD IS A DEFINITE NO NO FOR ME INFUTURE.
