On the 21/07/2013 sunday night had to take my son to Hillcrest Private Hospital Casualty as he was very sick.
The doctor checked him ant treated him and we went back home. I have submitted the claims and the Hospital submitted claims but claims were rejected, my question is what does the Casualty benefit cover if these were rejected.
I spoke to Brett yesterday reference 523756 who said I need to send through a paper claims which were sent through already on the 22 July by myself as well by Hospital though EDI and when I spoke to Caroline today did not have any joy I had to explain these were for casualty my son was not admitted.
