I work at a medical practice where authorisations are needed for patients' operations.
I have asked numerous times for GEMS not to fax authorisations, but rather to email. Seeing that 1 authorisation is 5 pages long, it wastes so much paper and causes a great negative impact on our environment and especially our trees. Apart from the fact that they will send the authorisations of 5 pages through via fax - they will not only send it once, but 6 times!!!
What is so difficult to understand??? Welcome to the new era of EMAILS!!!
