We received an authority from GEMS for my youngest for orthodontic repair, but as our required orthodontist is not one of GEMS's service providers we paid the orthodontist as well as the laboritory accounts. We then send a claim through to GEMS in order to get our money back. This all started on 5 November 2013 and we have been send from pillar to post and every time there is one or other excuse wrt to the emails we have send. So up until today we had to resubmit the emails with the attachments. When my husband send an email to the helpdesk the lady send a real snotty remark, saying she did her best and she can't tell us who is working with our claim.
