I was booked in for 25 July 2013 and booked out for 27 July 2013 at the Protea Hotel Marine in Port Elizabeth. I want to commend the outstanding service I was awarded by two of your staff members on duty namely, Mr Johan Venter and Mr Thabang Wena. I arrived very tired from Johannesburg at about 22h00 hours. My confirmed booking from Rennies Travel was not available as either Rennies or your systems had botched it up. However the above two staff members were exceptional in the way they tried to assist me contacting the Rennies Call Centre to try and rectify the situation, failing which they tried to find me alternate accommodation at other hotels in the vicinity. These young men had gone the extra mile and need to be commended.
