To whom it may concern;
I am a rather irate customer who has been dealing with National Health Laboratory Service for some time. I just phoned the call centre to discuss my problems, and I spoke to a woman called Natalie. Never in my life have I spoken to such a rude person. She does not give one a chance to speak, she just speaks over the client. I could not get a word in, she was so rude.
I would like to bring her manner of speaking to your customers to your attention, I hope you can attend to it.
