My sister was visiting from joburg so I took her to Bossa Nova. We ordered drinks through the 1waiter, approached by another. I said but we already have a waiter, she seemed confused? The drinks arrived 20min later! We decided to order considering how long the drinks took. After ordering, the waitress repeated my order and stated that even after I told her if I could have a pizza with avo and extra cheese, she repeats with feta& extra cheese! My sister ordered snitchzel with mash, when they brought the food, it had chips?! When our salad arrived the waitress leaned over to serve& all the olive oil ran out of the plate over my brand new jeans& onto the floor. My jeans is ruined with a heavy oil stain. I cannot wear it again! The salad was drowning in oil, making the avo snotty! When the food was served, my grandad ordered a steak..The waitress in confusion: What did you then order? What question is that! We had also ordered a drink for my father this took 15-20min! When the waitress was pouring drinks she was shaking& mentioned to my brother in law she should have not drank red bull! For me this experience was very uncomfortable especially that this woman kept serving food over my head!
