On Sunday night of 2013-07-21 at approximately 22h00 I requested assistance from Netcare 911 ambulance service with my grandfather (82) who had a serious stroke. Paramedic Anthey Erasmus (female) arived first at the residence in Kameeldrift west plots (Pretoria west) with the response car, and emergency gear. She was properly equiped and worked very competend and with confidence. She was very friendly and made all family present feel her confidence. We were very much impressed with her medical assistance. Whe would like to thank her for her prompt response and competence. It was very satisfying to see a person with such dedication for her work as paramedic.
