Every single time I call MSC the operator puts you through and you keep holdiing on the line, and the call puts yuo through to the operator again when holding for a while, each time I call the call is average 50-60min!!! This is Ridiciulous!!! and when you finally do get through to an operator the friendliness and professionalism is not there at all!!! I had to ask the consultant twice how they are, because they just said hi and asked what I wanted, not even a friendly greeting. Simple things like this can make a call much more pleasant!!! Please do something about this!!! As we still want to make use of MSC in future, but if it goes on like this, NEVER AGAIN!!! Angry as!!!
