Enough is enough

The last seven months i have been hounded constantly by either Sms or phone calls about accounts that wasnt paid by my medical aid for my son who was in hospital for almost 3 months permanently after being diognosed with cancer and he passed away in Dec 2012. Those accounts was send to the medical aid with incorrect ICD10 codes and thats why they rejected. Why do i have to deal with this every single day and then get emails and phone calls from your Attorneys who said i was handed over for collection and i have ot phone around to find out and still wanted me to pay their legal fees and it wasnt even my fault that the accounts were not paid and then was paid after I spoke to the med aid. Authorisation WAS given the day he was admitted and he never ever left the hospitals until he sadly passed away. Dont I have enough problems of my own at this point and then still have to be reminded every single day about what happend. Please get this sorted out as i had enough and the Ombudsman seems to be my next phone call..very very soon!!!
