I was notified just over a month ago via a phone call that I have an outstanding account at Torga in Vanderbijlpark. I made an arrangement that I would come and settle the account when I go that side of the world again as I live in Johannesburg.
This afternoon I received an sms stating that they have handed me over to the lawyers with the instruction to blacklist me!!! To date I haven't received ONE statement stating the outstanding amount. And this is after I made arrangements! This is totally unacceptable! Who gives them the right to give instructions to blacklist me after I never received any form of statement other than a phone call! I'm very disappointed with their attitude and I can promise you I will never use their service again and I will also advise my family and friends to rather go to Specsavers in the future. This kind of attitude is uncalled for!
