More that 2 weeks ago i called Discovery to Cancel my Vitality, the the lady said, ok Mam, but we cannot cancel it we have to get one of our consultants to call you so i said fine i will wait for the call. so about 4 days after that a lady called and unfortunately i was on a business call so i could not answer the call, but right after I was done with my business call was done i called them back immediately!!! then the person who answered said, i can not put you though to the relevant person, i have to log a case, so once again I said Fine, that was about a week and a half ago, then today (17/07/2013) a lady calls me to say that i have to give a months notice, so a premium will again be deducted. THERE IS NO WAY, i followed the right procedures, and discovery calls me LATE, i WILL NOT be paying another premium after Discovery Vitality giving me so much trouble!!! it is so Rediculous
