Disguisting service!

We decided to go have lunch at the Queen of the Nile - as we have always enjoyed eating there but after what we experienced yesterday 14/07/2013! It will be the absolute last time!!!
The service was slow to the point of none existance, the food was tasteless and in short supply, the que was unacceptably long and slow and our waitress Irene was no where to be found...
How on earth do you expect someone to cut a piece of meat on a granite table top with it slipping and sliding all over the place... I suppose it's just one less thing for the waiter staff not to have to clean. The man cutting the meat has no idea what the difference between a piece of meat and fat is. The serving dishes weren't refreshed, the soup of the day was completely finished and not refilled.
we had to summonize our waitress to clear plates, not once did she ask us if we want to drink anything, she was never anywhere to be found, and walked towards our table to clear the plates then stopped and went to chat to a friend rather... There are plenty more things to mention but let's just say Lotto Foods at Carnival would have been better. Clearly your management and exec chef weren't on duty... DISGUISTING!!!
