On Heritage Day we went to Gold Reef City on a family outing. As lunch time approached we decided to have lunch at our favorite restaurant Mugg and Bean. I went into the restaurant & at the entrance I had to try and get the attention of one of the staff members as there was no one waiting the queue. I finally got the attention of a gentlemen by the name of Themba. I told him that we need a table for 9 people and he immediately informed me that they didn't have any tables & that I should wait outside the restaurant. After 30 minutes I approached him and told him we need a table as my babies were getting crabby. A table then became available and I told Themba we will take that table. As my family approached the table to sit, we were rudely approached by the Manager who screamed at us for taking her table which she had for her customers who came after us and then insulted me and my family infront of the entire restaurant and on top of that she even started to argue with Themba infront of us. I then told her she should not discipline her staff infront of her customers as this is not the right time nor place. Her
attitude for customer service stinks & so does her behaviour. Really Sad!
