Forced to discharge myself, medical ais declined

Around the 8 May 2013 I went to hospital and was forced to discharge myself from the hospital because the medical aid refused to give authorisation saying that, I failed to disclose some information with them. So I requested for any kind of record, telephonically and/or documents proving that this disclosure matter was clearly communicated to me. First I was told it takes 48hrs to get the telephone records, and then that changed to 48 working hours, and then changed to further more time. Up until today I still don't have the telephone records and every time the matter takes a new step that was not mentioned before. On the 12th June 2013 I was promised a turn around of 30days, and then on the 10th June 2013 I received another email talking about making an appointment. This whole thing has turned very suspicious as if there is something that they don't want me to hear from these telephone recordings. I've been reluctant of using the medical aid now because I don't know what other embarrassment that I might find myself into next. Anyone have any ideas what to do? Call centers promise that telephone records are available on request, what's the problem now!
