I changed companies recently and wanted to stay loyal to Moto health care. What a mistake this was. In the move over, I was not immediately informed that my childrens birth certificates were needed and I must re submit them. After paying an installment of close to R2000, I went to use my medical aid to be told that it isw not active. I then contacted moto health to ask whats the story. long story short, I have sent the necessary docs 3 times, still not activated. Today I called the helpdesk and got Slindile. Not only was she unhelpful but had the cheek to tell me I was being unprofessional because I informed her that I wanted to move to Discovery. Not only was she verbally rude but her tone and attiude was disgusting. I am not looking to find a new medical aid. This is not a cheap sevice and all we require is a bit of tolerance, helpfulness and a good attitude.
