I was recently informed by a pharmacy that my funds are exhausted. An e-mail was sent to the service e-mail address on 21/6/13 with an enquiry as the website revealed that funds are in fact available in my PMSA. I received a reply with the possible problem and that it will be refered for attention and that I will be contacted within 3 working day. After 4 working days, I send a new e-mail with my enquiry (3/7/13). On 7 /7/13 I send another e-mail. Today, 12/7/13 still no response. I am extremely upset with the lack of response by the medical aid scheme. Why am I paying my more than R4000 per month with the savings account if I do not have access to the funds and receive ABOLUTLY NO SERVICE???!!!
