Ive send an email to southern Sun Waterfront 08.07.2013 requesting a quote for wedding reservations. On Wednesday 10.08.2013 i decided to follow up because i never received any response and decided to phone i got through and spoke to a lady called Georgina she explained they had system problems and took down all my details once again, its a day later and still waiting for a quote but i had a feeling i wont be getting anything back from her because when she asked me do i still want the venue because the venue charge is R22000 it just shows you how people take you for nothing they are hardcore for business but question if you don't sound a certain way. Very very disappointed.
