We rented some decor from Wedding Warehouse and made use of their wedding services after being warned by our Wedding Coordinator at the venue. Rumours were that they do not deliver what they say they will and they charge you ridiculous amounts for damages and "lost" items after your wedding. Being completely naive, we had faith. When I arrived at the venue on our wedding day, I was shocked!!! Nothing was happening, the lady (Renette) who did a mock up with me wasn't even there!!! They didn't send enough under plates, the tablecloths were so bad that I removed them and on top of it all, she sent a team that has no experience, no skills and no creativity at all. They were also very lazy and sat around drinking coffee all day. When the owner was phoned she had a really bad attitude and did not want to accept responsibility. The venue (L'Aquila) staff, together with a few friends and family members ended up taking over everything and saving the day. Oh, the cherry on top, we are now being charged for a ridiculous amount of decor "outstanding" even though we didn't even use all their stuff. These people don't deserve ANY business EVER! They are now banned from L'Aquila.
