I have not experienced such unprofessional service in a very long time!! A couple of months ago we enquired about availability for our wedding date - we were told it was available. We went to the venue (and spent a small fortune on breakfast) to have a look. I sent an e-mail request for a quote that following monday to Richelle. After about a month (with no response) I enquired about the quote again, only to be told that the date is no longer available!! Yesterday I received a spam e-mail from them with their calandar for next year... our date was still open! I enquired telephonically and was told by Liette that the date was indeed available. We started making plans to visit the venue again, and pay the deposit, when I received a call from Liette again this morning telling me, sorry, but the venue will be used for a charity event after all!! It is indeed a nice venue, but with such service, I will not use it in any case. Will spend all our money somewhere else!
