I write this as I am now totally tired off having to ask for things.
My husband has psiriosis and see Dr Ramlachan he has been on Humira for almost 2 years.
Annually he has to get n report sent from the doctor to re-aprove the Humira on his cronic medication.
He went to the doctor in March for a follow-up, I have phoned twice to get the report sent and the receptionist can't even remember me or having to send the report. I phone my medical aid today to follow up and guess what they have not yet received the report. On phoning the dr, I reach the Wilgers office, they can't help I have to phone next week to speak to the Centurion office but the doctor is in the USA. So yet again my husband has to forgo his bi-weekly injection as we have had no luck.
It is so frustrating having to make the appointments and making sure the doctor receives the money the bill for however when you require actual work done this does not happen.
