Poor Unprofessional Service

During a recent 10 day stay at the establishment we were extremely poorly treated. The self catering unit was everything but self catering. Stove tripped power of whole establishment repeatedly. Pots and pans completely unsuitable for use. Owners watched TV with high volumes till late at night disturbing our sleep. Safety gates not working. We paid 50% upfront and thought the remainder had to be paid on check out. Without warning we were kept ransom until the remainder was paid. They wanted the remainder at check in.
