I booked a 3 bedroom self catering unit called Home away from Home Blouberg, @ R650.00 per night. I booked for my wife, myself and my toddler. It is advertised as a self catering unit. The owner Hiledgard called and asked where my little boy would be sleeping, i said in one of the rooms. She then advised that the other rooms were occupied with other people? What??? I did not book a hostel, commune or backpackers, I booked a unit for me and my family, i am now advised by safari now that sorry we took your deposit but there is no refund, you must either stay with other strangers on your holiday or loose your money, its not our problem we take your money but no responsibility for you as our customer. I have left a message for Dylan the CEO to call me and explain to me why i should share a unit i booked and paid for with complete strangers, which is stated nowhere on the website!
