After almost three months of trying to add a new depandant i finally dicided to give them a call to find out what is holding up the process he to spend the whole hour on the phone trying (1st july) after one hour i was told that they need doctors report on the last consultation before they finalise anything which is exactly what i did on the 2nd emailed the information to the had to sit on the phone again for another then i told underwritter hurin gabriel can not be finalise due to lack of information, after trying to understand what exactly he meant by that, now the lady by the of lydia mogale the so called specialist tells me that the note was dated today and my question was does the report say he was consulted today and she said no 22 june, so whats the problem, she said there was misunderstanding, meaning now they understand, i asked another question so whats the problem, we waiting for our discovery doctors de decide... after all this talking with no direction, was even denied to speak to thier manager or maybe they have since they dont even know what they doing, i think discovery need to get qualified people to the there especially underwritting.
