My sis and I have never received such pathetic service where not even management is incapable of resolving queries or calling clients timelessly. I renewed my contract with Simphiwe Mkhize who gave me a premium that I agreed to and was later debited a ridiculous amount. From the 27th November 2013 I have been calling Nashua Mobile none stop trying to get this resolved and was told on three occasions that Simphiwe's Manager Sonia Gaya would contact me back. That never happened. On Monday the 09th December 2013 in the morning I called Nashua again and was finally able to speak to Sonia who said she will look into the matter and revert back to me before COB Monday, this never happened. This morning I called asking to speak to Sonia twice and was informed that an email has been sent to her requesting her to contact me back, I am still waiting. Had I known that upgrading would have me going through so much I'd have never done it. After I've had a contract with Nashua for 4years I never expected such service from them. I was asked by a Malusi Ngubane to send the recordings of the upgrade call from my side. Whatever happened to Nashua's calls being recorded? Shouldn't their calls be recorded?
