Once again issues with Bonitas due to incompetence. My day to day fund is just being depleted without the staff even looking at the authorisations that were approved!!! These charges were supposed to be coming off a particular fund that was already approved, yet these people who are charging to this account don"t know what they are doing, AGAIN!!!
In the meantime I dont have funds left in day to day. My payment statement is a mess with debits and credits all over the place, surely these people can see something is amiss here. INCOMPETENCE!!!
