I applied for membership with Bonitas on the 8th of January and was told that it would take 5 working days for the membership to be processed and approved. Last week I still had no feedback and eventually found out that the underwriters required information (a letter detailing a condition which my daughter had received treatment for). I sent the letter immediately and still received no feedback on my application. Every time that I call, I get told to call in a few days and when I DO call, there is no progress. I want to start a medical aid from the 1st of Feb and have been battling here for nearly the whole month. If I am wasting my time, tell me and I will go and give my business to someone else. I would really appreciate some communication from your side telling me the progress on my application and I just hear nothing. I feel like I am just a number and that you couldnt be bothered about me.
