Cancelled gym benefits - no solution in 3 weeks

My gym benefits were suddenly cancelled. I was not notified, and there is no reason why it should be cancelled. I discovered this when trying to enter Virgin Active Cape Gate. The gym was very helpful (thanks Vossie) and contacted Discovery. A query was logged and we were told 2 - 3 days and it will be resolved. A week later I phoned the call centre and they assured me it will be sorted shortly. They requested some info from Virgin Active which they now have received. TWO weeks later I phoned the call centre again. I was told the logged query was closed. I spoke to two different consultants. Shellbow was the one that really tried to help me, but it is now THREE weeks and not a word from Discovery. Another query was logged last Friday (ref. no. 2899786662), I was told 2 - 3 days, but officially I'm still not a member of Virgin Active anymore.
