Bad service is so much more common that good, I find. I was thus pleasantly surprised by the efficent and courteous service I received from Fazila at eye q.
She got back to me when she said she would (which mostly never happens), followed up without me having to ask her and was friendly on the phone.
Well done eye q for hiring such a gem!
