Our washing machine just stopped working and started reporting a PE error with the only information we could find telling us to contact customer support.
We were a little worried that the machine would no longer be covered under its warranty but luckily we found that it came with a two year warranty which meant we were still covered - House and Home logged the call with LG for them to come out to take a look. Chris came around and was VERY friendly, courteous and helpful and in no time he had us up and running again!
It's not often that we get such excellent service anymore and having to deal with people that are unfriendly never helps the situation but in this case we were pleasantly surprised.
