No Medical aid, not receiving new banking details

Momentum health apparently did not receive my new banking details, and therefor I am not covered. However their other departments (ie life insurance) received it and my debit order was honoured. The lady on the phone told me that she only works with the medical aid department and cannot take any responsibility for my well-being should anything happen to me and I need medical assistance, because my service is suspended, however they will take a double premium at the end of the month which will rectify the problem. for them and not for me, as I am still not covered. They apparently only received my new banking details on the 25th of January, to do the next debit order. I don't understand why their life insurance department received my banking details and they didn't. According to Susan they don't receive it directly but it goes through some receiving centre. So why did some part of their company receive the new banking details and some other divisions not. I think medical aid companies in general do whatever they like and don't respect their clients.
