I cancelled my policy within the 3 month waiting p

I asked Momentum for a quote, they did, I accepted the offer and premium as well as the disclosure of the waiting period etc. After the second month, they pushed up the premium, queries resulted that they had quoted me on 2012's premiums, and I must now pay the new premium. I took it as they provided me with false info, thus causing a Breach of contract. I expect after cancelling and not being able to make use of the facilities within the waiting period, they could at least repay me the 3 months premiums minus the 2 consultation fees when I had to do a general health screening as well as blood tests for my wife. They now say they can't refund me any premiums at all. I take them as a crooked company!
