I consulted with this nurse (Nurse Sylvia) in 2011 and she never gave me a prescription nor explain that I should be back for a follow up in 3 months, and the pharmacist at that time continuously gave me pills every month I came without prescription. About a year later I came to fetch my Norynl pills and they were out of stock, I consulted AGAIN with the same sister and she still didn't give me a prescription letter .( Nordial) pills. March this year a new pharmacist explained to me that he cannot dispense these pills without a prescription, I argued with this guy because never in my life have I been told that I need that! I've been told I'm on the system. Today I went to consult with this nurse and the attitude and denial that she gave me&neva did such a thing. Now who in they're right mind would come fetch pills without prescription if they were told to come with one. And then she says I should NEVER fetch pills from link. This women is going to give link pharmacy a bad name. link has a great reputation and surely should check this women's records out. I was a first time birth control patient when I came to her? Who else was meant to feed me with the information
