Nobody can help me - the managers are always in meetings; no one ever responds to the emails although I have read receipts that they have read the emails. I am absolutely disgusted that a medical aid can do this! I have since seen on Helopeter all the claims where Keyhealth refused to pay. Seems like they delay the payouts as long as possible or do not pay out at all.
