I had a appointment on the 1st june and the dentist didnt do anything but give me a script for meds. when wanting to pay the Docter told the receptionist no charge. on my second appointment the 11th june I was told I had an outstanding amout to pay from the 7th of june. When I queried it with the account department the answer I got was the docter didnt bill me on the 1st but decided to they had to bill me on the 7th, even though she has said to the receptionist when I wanted to pay - No Charge. What bad proffessionalism and work ethic. So dissappointed!
