Discovery is the worst medical aid i have ever seen, my mom was admitted to hospital on Monday afternoon, the gave autirisation for her to be there and al of a sudden they have issues for her to ber there we are struggling since Tuesday morning for them to do anything now on Wednesday the 19th of June we still have problems with this, this can not go on who will be responsible if something happens to her. And if does does not go through i have to pay the hospital bill, and they can take up to 3 days to work on this. why in the world do i pay R4000 a month for a useless medical aid that never pays anything.
