Bad service from start to finish

When I joint moto health and completed my forms and added my dependants moto health gave me the wrong or old forms and only captured myself then I had to fill in the new forms and then my wife was on a 3month waiting period, that already left a bad taste. A few months ago my wife was diagnosed with 2 Cysts on her ovaries and needed to go in for an operation so she called in and spoke to an agent and the agent replied with there is a problem and moto health cannot authorize the operation and it will take 72hours to have conformation it has been 2 months and no reply or even one phone call from moto health me and my wife has phoned a few times to find out what is going on and the agents keep on telling us that they are still working on it. I have in the Meantime left and joint a new Company, myself and Kim (my HR Department) started 2 months ago to arrange so I can be on Moto health as a Private Member and everything was sorted out as far as my knowledge goes, so my previous Company made a last payment end June and I did not know this so I also made a full payment on the 27 June, on Monday evening I Went to the Pharmacy to get some meds for my wife and the pharmacist told me that my
