I worked for a motor dealership (North West Auto Multi Franchise - Brits) from: 01/11/2007 to 02/03/2010. During the time I was a member of Moto Health Care. The dealship deducted the funds from the employees salariesbut only paid it over for the 1st 18 months after that never again. Motor Health Care reversed the payments made to the services providers and the employees had to settle the payments to the services providers to prevent blacklisting. The Dealership went into liquidation on the 02/03/2010. Motor Health Care handed me over to Creditworx for an amount of R 4095.71. Payments never reversed from service providers. I have been in contact with Moto Health Care & Creditworx via e-mail, Fax & Telephone. Invorming them of the situation. They should claim this money directly from the liquidatorswitch I have given them the details of. But they insist I am laible for the payment. For an agreement between the dealership and themself? The funds got deducted from my salary it's not my fault if the dealer did not pay it over to the medical aid. I never signed any agreement with them stating I'll be liable for payment not made by the dealer. They are the dealers creditor not mine.
