I had a query with regard to my Vitality points. The customer services agent was not listening to what I had to say. Naledi was insisting I was wrong, she did not understand my query and I requested to speak to the manager. She made a note for the manager to call me. I am awaiting the manager's phone call to help solve my problem which two of the customer services staff could not do. I am quite disappointed with Discovery staff attitude and their lack of knowledge when it comes to the vitality points.
