Discovery's Shocking Call Centre and After Sales

The Discovery standard letter for Medical Insurance required for Shengen Visa's is no longer accepted by the Embassy. I called the call centre 0860998877 on 7/6/2013 and was asked to email the request from the Embassy which I did on Friday midday [Email Removed] Discovery automail responded saying it would take 2-3 days to attend to the request. Three days later no-one has called or emailed me. the Embassy sadly doesnt understand inefficiencies like this. They need time to process the Visa Application. I phone the call centre again on 12/6/2013 to be told that it will take at least another day for the "amended" letter to be approved. I am not convinced that anyone at Discovery will respond to me. My phone battery has just died while waiting. Problem is simple - discovery should spend more money training call centre agents to deal with more than the run of the mill telephonic inquiries. They should also be told not to advise callers that "they understand the problem" when they don't.
