MEDICATION WITHOUT EXPIRY DATE

I am writing on behalf of my client who is on chronic medication who came to see me over the weekend with a complaint about the medication he received. The medication was cut into pieces and put in a packaging box and some of the pieces did not have expiry date. The patient said he is not going to take the medication which he does not know the expiry date
