So they have these complementary vouchers that they got people to buy and gullible me i bought one. The voucher promises a relatively cheaper vacation as it either discounts you on accomodation or you dont pay for it at all - and in my case i dont pay for accomodation at all but i pay for meals at the places they are able to reserve for me. It took them a month to find anything for me. Then when they eventually did, the place was super pricey and i had to phone and phone and phone until they actually told me about the place. The boss Lyle Smith, asked me to send through an email with my grievances, i did, this was about three weeks ago, to this day she hasnt bothered to respond. And her staff, the so called manager never listens to what you are saying, cuts you off and promises to call back yet never does.
