Failure to Respond and Broken Promises

I joined QVC in October 2013, since then I still have not received a copy of my contract. After sending alot of emails asking for assistance with my login and my contract I eventually received my login but still no contract. I was promised a complementary holiday but this never happened and when I ask the consultant about this he becomes rude. On my way to the bank to pay the deposit the rep phoned about 5 times to find out if the money is paid in so that he can start arranging our free holiday, we did our part but not them. I must have emailed 15x to get assistance in canceling my membership but they just dont reply (if I had a copy of my contract I would know how it works). I sms the rep and he ignores me, when I leave a msg they dont come back to me, I email and nothing. I am fedup, I paid a large deposit and I pay my monthly instalments, I havent even used my shares once. I want to cancel with immediate effect but they just dont respond, I am paying for a service which I am not receiving. They promise you the world to join but it's only broken promises and when you need assistance they just dont help you. How long must this go on before I get the service which I am paying fo
