On Sunday the 16th of June we took a drive to the hotel to have lunch only to be turned away at the second gate after paying our fee to get in to the park (which I have no problem with). The manager i spoke to was rude and unhelpful to the suggestion of putting a sign up to inform people before they paid that hotel was full and unavailable. The hotel is not easy to get to and is a far drive to be turned away at the last 1km.
