After contacting Discovery numerous times to change my plan back to the old one I was on, a lateral movement not an upgrade or downgrade costs are exactly the same. They refuse. It's is after ill advise from a medical aid broker and their call centre. Yet they have granted this concession to other members. Totally disgusted with the in difference and lack of interest shown in a customer that has been loyal for 10 years. Boekrs acting on your behalf and consultants that worked for you have placed my family in a precarious position but you want nothing to know about it. Unacceptable
